[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Ces deux entrepreneurs ont fait choix de reprendre l’auberge « Le Saint Jean » dans le village de Saint Jean d’Arvey. S’ils maintiennent l’activité de bar (transformé en salon de thé) et d’hôtellerie, M et Mme BONNIER ont fait le choix d’orienter la restauration vers du semi-gastronomique local et éco-responsable (la majorité de leurs approvisionnement se fait auprès de producteurs des Bauges).
Leur concept est de proposer une cuisine généreuse et en dehors des codes. Romain Bonnier possède notamment une expérience solide au sein de plusieurs maisons étoilées. Ete comme hiver, le café accueillera les clients dès l’après-midi. L’établissement possède également deux chambres d’hôtel disponibles toute l’année.
